Challenge accepted. From the beginning it was clear that the Maisons du Monde GranRoma construction site would not be easy, especially because of the situation at the general construction site, the conditions at the time of our work… and because we at Alhena understand in advance when “it’s better to get organized in time!”.
With this in mind, the entire office put in place a phase of design and analysis of the works that saw the Alhena team – Francesca, Alessandro and Roberto – working side by side to evaluate all the changes that took place until the day the works began and even afterwards. Yes, because it is often the day of the start of the construction site that reveals how many hidden problems there will be to face.
Our site manager Alessandro, thanks to his self-control and the firmness of which he is capable, has managed to keep the log of this site always on a certain level of guard, keeping the objective clear to everyone and succeeding in unleashing all the potential of each team, in strict compliance with safety, especially necessary when specific risks are identified from the beginning.
